Local Pick Up                                                                . Your order will be shown to you before handing over to ensure if is handed to you in great condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once your order has been completed.
Shipping and Delivery                                              Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.
Shipping: If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement.Â
If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund or replacement.Â
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Â
Delivery: Please ensure someone is home to collect your order. If no one is home the order will be left in a safe place and will not longer be our responsibility. A photo will be taken of the products showing the condition they were left in. If you would prefer to not have your order left unattended please choose local pick up.
